Water fitness classes are for individuals of every age, held in both shallow and deep water. All classes are led by our YMCA-certified water fitness instructors.
YMCA Water Exercise Classes are a great workout with low and/or no impact or harmful effects on joints/muscles. Our classes have it all- motivation, aerobic choreography and muscle conditioning. Get improved cardiovascular endurance and improved muscle tone by using the buoyancy and resistance of the water. Ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included.
All of our water aerobics classes are free of charge to YMCA membership. All have friendly and welcoming membership and instructors willing to help you meet your fitness needs in the water.
