WATER WALKING/JOGGING: An opportunity for individuals to take advantage of additional resistance when walking or jogging. Great alternative for individuals who do not want the impact on the joints.
FAMILY SWIM: A parent/guardian must be in the pool w/their children.
OPEN SWIM: All ages; children 4 feet tall who cannot swim the width of the swimming area must be accompanied into the water by someone 16 or older at all times. $4/Youth $8/Adult FREE/YMCA Member
LAP SWIM: 14 years of age and older. When 3+ people in lane, circle swimming pattern used. Water Walking may be done in the slow lane against the wall - be cautious of lap swimmers. Under 14 may be approved to swim laps
by showing guard ability to swim continuous lengths of pool and follow lap rules; however, they must check in with the lifeguard each time they come to swim. We try and have 1 lap lane available at all times.
Our pool offers a vibrant mix of Swim Lessons, Lap Swim, Water Aerobics, Lifeguard Training, Recreation Swim and Family Swim. You can count on the YMCA pool staff to provide a safe environment with certified lifeguards and caring instructors!
