Anchorage YMCA Swim Team

The Anchorage YMCA Swim Team is a year round program for 4-18 year olds. Our swimmers range from pre-competitive to senior level. We are a small club with an average of 35 swimmers that compete in intra-meets, USA local/regional meets and YMCA regional meets.

To join the swim team your child needs to fulfill the following requirements:

• At least 4 years of age

• Able to swim 25 meters of Front crawl with side breathing

• Able to swim 25 meters backstroke

• Able to swim 25 meters of basic breaststroke

• Able to kick 50 meters flutter kick
