This class is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You don't have to be in extreme shape– levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!
PiYo is a fusion workout based on the principals of Yoga and Pilates. It is a low impact, yet high energy workout that will improve your balance, strength and flexibility as well as burn calories, promote weight loss and visibly improve muscle tone with regular practice. PiYo is a wonderfully dynamic and endlessly variable workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. (Bring your own mat)
Boot camp sessions integrate the four main essentials to getting in the best shape – Cardio, Core, Resistance, and Flexibility all in 45 minutes. This HIIT training style (High Intensity Interval Training) targets all body parts at once through dynamic movements at different intervals. In 45 minutes you’ll work up a sweat, burn fat and keep your body in the fat burning zone well after your workout. Simply perfect when you’re pressed for time.
